Admin Module

Admin has the authority to create one time entries such as enterprise, based on the category of the visitor, department which visitor wants to visit, staff, user, email, postal mode and delivery status. Admin can register the new visitor for single day or multiple day. For the existing visitor, mobile number or the company name should be provided. Can search the visitor by pass number who has checked in or checked out. Has authority to block unwanted visitor and can access pre-registered pass of the visitor. Admin can also view the reports based on the pass type, department of the staff, users, postal service and can take print of reports if required.

Operator Module

Operator can register the visitor, can monitor the visitor who has checked in or checked out, can generate pre registration pass and temporary id card. Has ability to block the visitor. Can view postal incoming and out going. Operator can also view the report based on the pass type, department, category of the visitor, staff, user, visitor, postal service. Operator can take print of reports if required.

Introduction

This is the basic version of Visitor Management System consisting of only two logins i.e. Admin and Operator login. During the check-in process, visitor will visit the organization and reports to operator. Operator will create visitor registration by telephoning the staff . Hardcopy of the pass is generated and visitor is allowed inside. If visitor is already pre-registered by the staff then the visitor is allowed inside directly. During the check out process the operator will verify valid pass number, item deposited, contact number, barcode and then visitor is checked out from the organization.
